Building A Home Theater System - On A Budget
The very first thing I did was fix myself up which includes a nice LCD TV. LCD or Plasma is a perennial debate, but genuinely, I went to your store, browsed through this TVs, and bought the main one that actually looked good, LCD or Plasma be damned. An hour and $1000 later, I walked out which has a pretty impressive 42" Samsung TELEVISION SET.
Next: some sort of Blu-ray player. I grabbed a Samsung Blu-Ray player for about $100 from Amazon. Hooking it up with the TV was quite easy and all I needed to do now was dig up the wireless speakers to get my home theater machine on the roll.
[I also added my old PS3 to your home theater. What good is your home theater that can't play "God of War" every once in awhile? ]
Now this was a part of the package that I wasn't willing to compromise on. I'm a part-time artist and take my speaker systems seriously (as this blog would attest). A little little windfall had allowed to remain me with enough cash to indulge a bit. At first, I planned to enjoy around $1000. Armed with cash and everything I'd gleamed through my experience in working with speaker systems, I trudged close to the nearest Best Shop for. At first, I fell for a $700 5. 1 Samsung process, was swayed by a 7. 1 Yamaha set, and was seriously taking into account upping my budget to buy the $1700 Bose Way of living V20 system. But there would be one problem: all of these home theater systems weren't wireless.
In truth, in my quest to produce a home theater with wireless speakers, I've been constantly surprised through the utter lack of top quality wireless speaker sets on the market. In fact, you could change that will last sentence to "the utter lack of wireless speaker sets on the market", since there seems to be a dearth of not just quality but also selection.
I fully understand, I know: the technology required in wireless home theaters hasn't been perfected yet, and that installing a 5. 1 system will require wires of some kind at the least. But I was determined to build a home theater using wireless speakers, no matter the costs or the casualties.
After much searching, I finally settled for a Samsung system (yup, another Samsung!), this Samsung HT-C6900W that expense me around $649. Sadly, it already includes some sort of Blu-ray player (which often I'd already bought) but I were able to sell that off for a friend. Building a Home Theater System, Building a Home Theater System, Building a Home Theater SystemThe idea of having your very own home system sounds very exciting because after getting all the necessary accessories, you won't need to attend the cinema as often as before unless you want to watch the latest movies right away.
